An additive is anything natural or chemical that is added to the wine, to help in the fabrication and/or in the preservation and/or to enhance the taste.

Yeast & yeast food:

Lalvin yeast EC-1118 (champagne) and K1V-1116. (5 g packages.) Price: $0.75 each.
