Grape juices & Concentrates | Starter kit & Equipment | Accessories | Additives

SELECTION ESTATE SERIES. Exclusif specialties from the finest estates of the world. (These kits contain 16 litres of the finest 100% pure varietal grape juice and juice concentrate to produce 23 litres of wine.)

WHITE WINES

Sonoma Dry Creek Valley Chardonnay: A fresh, well-balanced wine with typical Chardonnay characteristics of tropical and citrus aromas and flavours. The fruit quality of these grapes is allowed to shine through and the rich, round mouthful lingers to a long, crisp finish without the influence of oak. $139.95

German Mosel Valley Gewürztraminer: Gewürztraminer is a refreshing, well balanced, medium bodied wine, with a delightful combination of strong heady perfume, exotic lychee flavour and rich texture make it a powerful wine with an intense and memorable finish. $139.95

Washington Yakimal Valley Pinot Gris: Pinot Gris offers fresh aromas and flavours of ripe honeydew melon, crisp green apple and an attractive floral note. This wine has an elegant, creamy finish restrained by a refreshing crispness that makes it very food friendly. $139.95

New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc: A complex white wine with beguiling aromas of gooseberry, herbs, pink grapefruit, fresh-cut grass, asparagus, lime-leaf, tropical fruit and passion fruit. Long, rich flavours redolent with grass and currant leaves, and a crisp dry finish. $139.95

Washington Columbia Valley Riesling: The Columbia Valley produces many prestigious wines from their world-class Riesling grapes. Delicate yet complex, Rieslings grown here offer pronounced ripeness while still maintaining a crisp freshness. This vivid fruitiness is enhanced by the unique süsse-reserve finishing pack, making this Riesling a unique and proud addition to the Selection Estate Series line. $139.95

RED WINES

Lodi Old Vines Zinfandel: This special Zinfandel is sourced directly from the Lodi appellation in California's Central Valley (home of Mondavi's Lodi-Woodbridge winery). There the famous thick, gnarled and twisted old vine plantings possess deep, rigorous root systems and limited grape yields, contributing to intensely concentrated flavours in the grapes. The result is a deep rich red, with bold, zesty aromas and ripe berry fruits on the tongue. Pairs exceptionally well with lamb, spicy ribs, grilled meats, and pasta with meat sauce dishes. $147.95

Italian Barolo: Medium-heavy in body with a luminous dark cherry colour, tannin dominates the flavours initially, with intense grip and robust dryness in the finish. $147.95

Washington Columbia Valley Cabernet Franc/Merlot: A medium-full bodied wine combines the fruit flavours of plum and currants with the silky-smooth taste of chocolate and firm tannins. $147.95

Lodi Ranch 11 Cabernet Sauvignon: Lodi Ranch 11 Cabernet Sauvignon is the hearty red wine classic that lovers of fine Cabernet hunt down with passionate zeal - the king of red grapes in all its splendid glory. This Cabernet has the trademark blackcurrant and cherry flavours, but its true triumph is the subtle weave of complex flavours that contribute to the overall experience. Oak and tannins, pepper and spice, combining structure and rich fruit for a red wine that will dazzle from first aroma to long elegant finish. Pair it with steak, with pasta and anything with vibrant flavour. $147.95

Napa Valley Stag's Leap District Merlot: A silky, smooth structure with fruit-forward flavours of plums and red berries accented with spice notes. A medium-bodied red wine with soft tannins. $147.95

Sonoma Valley Pinot Noir: This Pinot Noir has silky tannins carrying notes of truffle, toast, herbs, gorgeous cassis, black cherry and raspberry flavours and black spice. Food-friendly, it shows restrained toasty oak and well-balanced acidity. $147.95

Crushendo Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon: This wine is bold and chewy on the palate with concentrated cassis, blackberry and cedar flavours along with firm structure and smooth (but powerful) tannins showing elegance on the long finish. $152.95

Crushendo South Australian Single Vineyard Shiraz: Ripe plum and spice flavours are enhanced by rich fruit aromas and a solid backbone of tannin. A blend of French and Toasted oak adds notes of vanilla and toast, while delicate hints of berry frame the wine to give a well-rounded, complex profile. $152.95

Crushendo Valpolicella Classico di Veneto: A medium-full bodied wine with lush, intriguing aromas of ripe red cherries and raspberries, delicate hints of almond, toats and spice, and a richly tannic finish that has the fruit lingering on your palate for many minutes. $152.95

Crushendo Castellina Supertuscan di Siena: A bold, yet supple wine, expansive enough to be consumed with great pleasure. The big, smoky, earthy nose of ultra-ripe cherry and currant fruit is followed by a richly tannic finish. $152.95

Crushendo Montagnac Syrah/Mourvèdre: A medium-full bodied bold wine, ruby red in colour with a deep dark plum and blackberry bouquet showing subtle accents of chocolate. Rich, lush and complex, soft black fruits combine with a hint of spiciness that follows through with a firm, tanninc finish on the plalate. $152.95
